Anchor more deeply into a connection with yourself and rise to the next level of your soul’s essence.

Over the course of 10 weeks, we'll move through a 6-Step Journey Plan which includes 5 in-person or virtual sessions.

This journey speaks to women who are not feeling at home in their bodies. Women who are experiencing unexplained chronic symptoms, excess body weight, depression, sleeplessness, feeling undernourished, depletion, exhaustion, irregular menstrual cycle or symptoms of menopause and those who feel disconnected from their soul's purpose/Dharma.

Together, we will walk through the fire of transformation. As your guide, I will support you in stepping into the most healthy and vital version of yourself. You will be guided into claiming and establishing a rich and deep relationship to self.

By utilizing the tools of Ayurveda and nurturing this very delicate relationship, you will in turn enrich your relationship with others and the world around you.

From this place, you will show up more fully present to experience the entire spectrum of what life has to offer.

The Root to Rise Experience

Anchor more deeply into a connection with yourself and rise to the next level of your soul’s essence. During this 10 Week Journey, we will Generate Ritual, Become Present and Light the Way for Love.

  • STEP 1 ~ Deep Dive Self-Inquiry

    WEEK 1

    You'll begin with an at-home deep dive self-inquiry form that details:

    · Your current and past family medical history

    · Your practices, habits & ways of living

    · How you interface/interact with the world

    · An assessment of your sleep, relationship, and food patterns.

    Within 48 hours of submitting your completed deep dive self-inquiry form, you'll be provided with an option to schedule your first in-person or virtual session with me. This session will need to take place within one week of receiving the option to schedule.

  • STEP TWO ~ Live Deep Dive

    WEEK 2

    We'll come together for an in-person 90-minute session either In-Person or Online to review your deep dive self-inquiry responses.

    ···

    Through this session, we'll develop clarity around all the ways you may be out of balance so I can best understand some of the shifts that can be made through upcoming recommendations.

    This session will begin to provide you with a deeper understanding of your health, your relationships and your life purpose.

  • STEP 3 ~ Elemental Findings & Intention Setting

    WEEK 4

    Two weeks after our Live Deep Dive, we'll meet either in-person or online for a 60-minute session where you'll be presented with your first set of lifestyle adjustments and new daily/weekly Ayurvedic rituals.

    We'll close the session with an intention setting. This intention will create an anchoring point for us to look back at once we complete this journey together.

  • STEP 4 ~ Follow-Up Session

    WEEK 6

    Two weeks later we'll meet again for 60 minutes to follow up on your progress from the previous session's set of lifestyle adjustments and daily/weekly Ayurvedic rituals.

    Based on your progress, you'll be presented with a new set of recommended practices to continue to move toward your Root to Rise intentions.

  • STEP 5 ~ Follow-Up Session

    WEEK 8

    Two weeks later we'll meet again for 60 minutes to follow up on your progress from the previous session's set of lifestyle adjustments and daily/weekly Ayurvedic rituals.

    Based on your progress, you'll be presented with a new set of recommended practices.

    We'll wrap the session with an introduction to Akashic Healing.

  • STEP 6 ~ Final Root to Rise Session

    WEEK 10

    Two weeks later we'll meet for 90 minutes for our final session, we'll follow up on your results from the previously recommended practices and your Root to Rise Intention.

    Based on these results and anything new that has come up, you'll be presented with your final set of lifestyle practices and rituals. We'll wrap the session with an Akashic Future Self-Activation Session.

Root to Rise ~ A Tejas Transformation

Are You Ready to Begin Your Life's True Calling?

When you are on your self-care game and friends tell you you’re “glowing,” it’s tejas at work.

Think of tejas as the smouldering embers of fire that continue to emanate a gentle and sustainable source of energy once the fire has settled down.

···

Tejas is the subtle aspect of balanced pitta dosha, or the part of your constitution that is fiery, that governs the metabolism of food and information, and provides lustre, luminosity, and brilliance to both body and intellect.

Tejas brings a shiny glow to the skin, a sparkle to the eyes, and a sharp, clear mind. Tejas is responsible for a clear perception of the world around us, called sattva. In a balanced state, it burns through delusion and mental fog to reveal the true self.

Tejas is promoted by the intake of clean-burning fuel (nutritious food prepared with love), maintenance of a strong digestive fire, and the necessary time and space for the mind to process experience and emotion.

Too much intake, the wrong kind of intake, or lack of energy and attention for transformation all compromise the body’s lustre. Adequate rest and time for self-care and reflection are a wonderful way to counter the effects and rebalance your constitution.

A steady commitment to daily routine keeps the embers burning bright by keeping us in the habit of paying attention to wellness and carving out time to do what it takes to process daily living in the moment rather than playing catch-up all the time.

Too much too fast, like wood on a fire, will overwhelm tejas, leading to a cloudy complexion and perception.

I invite you to join me on a journey of self-devotion and soul rejuvenation. In a space of creativity and healing, I dedicate myself to your personal evolution grounded in my Ayurvedic Training, our Akashic Guides and my Deep Connection to my Ancestral Roots.

This is a common place we as women find ourselves as we mature through our years.

Our interpersonal relationships and work life frequently come with stressors and cause deep imbalances in our mental, physical and emotional well-being.

Through Ayurvedic practices, we can begin to eliminate this dis-ease in our bodies and our relationships. We can come to find our way home to our true selves by utilizing Ayurvedic practices and Askashic healing to create harmonious balance of our body, mind and spirit.
